Job description

Please note that both the resources should have R12 experience.

Work will be done in WI for both roles

With the above requirement in mind, Client is requesting information on resources available as well as pricing & related time requirements for assisting with these specific portions of the implementation.

The resource should have R12 experience.

•       Identify how to appropriately setup the supplier & customer master records to account for multi-currency and VAT tax requirements as well as advise on the proper setup for address format and any other necessary setups for international suppliers or customers

•       Suggest & review any seeded multi-currency reporting that is available for AP & AR that will meet any reporting requirements defined.

•       Identify any multi-currency transactional impacts that need to be considered in interfacing supplier invoices from AP to project costing or in interfacing Projects/CIP to Fixed Assets when they are ready to be capitalized

•       Provide guidance and assist with E-Business Tax Configuration to handle all VAT tax requirements for AP & AR.  This will require a good understanding of UK VAT tax reporting rules and requirements.

•       Suggest and identify the seeded VAT tax reporting that is available to support monthly VAT tax filing requirements.

•       Provide guidance on month end closing processes for AP & AR if there are specific impacts due to operating in a multi-currency environment.
