We need a Senior Oracle Financial Lead Consultants

Location: Stoughton, WI

Duration: 3-6 Months

Description:

Client is an automotive supplier who recently implemented Oracle with another system integrator. Seeking Functional-technical resources in several areas to perform the following services:

Location is Stoughton, WI (near Madison – 2 hours from either Chicago or Milwaukee).

1.     Review existing configurations/setups and make corrections and changes as needed

2.     Assess current business processes and recommend best practices

3.     Provide super users with additional training regarding Oracle systems and business best practices

4.     Lead technical resources when required to resolve bug fixes, and/or to produce alerts/workflows/enhancements as needed

5.     Implement new functionality as noted

Immediate needs:

Oracle Financial Lead – Account Receivable (3 – 6 months)

·         Assist with balancing open invoices to GL

·         Resolve issues with existing setups

·         Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff

·         Possible new implementations of Advanced Collections, AR Lockbox, eBusiness Tax and/or AR Deduction Management

Oracle Financial Lead – Fixed Assets (2 – 3 months)

·         Configuration and setup of Fixed Assets module

·         Integration with existing financial modules

·         Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff

Oracle Financial Lead – GL, AP (2 – 3 months)

·         Resolve issues with existing setups

·         Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff

Oracle Supply Chain Lead – Manufacturing, Purchasing, Order Management, Distribution (3 – 6 months)

·         Resolve issues with existing setups

·         Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff

·         Resolve issues with revenue recognition and COGS accounts

·         Review returns processing and recommend improvements
